- Condos (City Centre, Port Credit, the Hurontario corridor): many have compact 24-inch stacked laundry and tight kitchens. You'll need to book the service elevator or loading dock with management.
- Detached homes, semis and townhouses (Erin Mills, Meadowvale, Streetsville, Churchill Meadows): often upgrading builder-grade appliances to a panel-ready dishwasher, a new range or a bigger fridge.
- Larger homes in Lorne Park and Mineola: kitchen renovations with wall ovens, cooktops and built-in or column fridges.

Can you replace the compact 24-inch stacked washer-dryer in my condo?
Yes. Send us the new model numbers and the closet's width, depth and height, plus a photo of the vent and water hookups. We'll confirm the new pair fits before install day.
My condo has loading dock rules and move hours. Can you work with that?
Yes. Book the service elevator or loading dock with your management office first, then pick a matching 2-hour arrival window on our booking page.
My building asks contractors for proof of insurance. Are you insured?
Yes, we're insured. Tell us when you book that your building needs a certificate.
Can you upgrade my builder-grade dishwasher to a panel-ready one?
Yes, if your cabinets allow it. A panel-ready dishwasher needs a custom door panel that matches your cabinets. Have the panel and hardware on site and we'll mount and align it.
